*Reservations are not accepted if your pet is not potty trained.
*Please enter after defecation in advance.
*Snacks and toys are essential.
[Baby & Kids]
*If they are hungry and sleepy, we cannot take pictures. Please avoid nap time. It's best if they wake up when you arrive at the studio.
*Snacks, stuffy/toys are a must!
[Body Profile]
*Dumbbells and push-up bars are provided in the studio.
*Please prepare your own body oil.
Cancellation/Refund/Late Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund within 7 Days Prior to Session:
If you decide to cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.
No Refund, Change Only with 5 Days Advanced Notice:
After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued. However, you can request to change the date or time of your session, provided you give us at least 5 days' advanced notice. Changes are subject to availability and our approval.
No Cancellation or Refund within 5 Days of Session:
Any cancellations requested within 5 days of your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations due to illness, death in the family, unforeseen circumstances or acts of God are non-refundable, but a credit will be given for the amount already paid.
Late:
If you are late, time will be deducted as much as you are late.
No Show: No refund/change.
Change of Dates
You can change a date for free once within 5 days advance notice, we charge $75 after and $100 on the day.
No Show: No refund/change.
How can I order prints and frames?
You will be able to order prints, frames, and canvases through the online gallery.
